WE ARE CURRENTLY HAVING SYSTEM PROBLEMS WITH OUR ONLINE APPLICATION.

Due to the problems with our online application, please copy and paste the text version of our application into an email and send it to us (email address to send to is in the file) http://www.floridabeagles.com/application.txt

This is our adoption application, which is part of our adoption procedure (see entire adoption procedure here).

If you wish to apply, fill out the form below to the best of your ability, filling in as many fields as you are applicable, and hit Send Application at the bottom. Putting your name, address and signature is not enough information to process the application. Your application will not be processed if there are no answers to the questions. If you have applied recently and did not hear from us, we probably did not receive your application. Note: a securely fenced yard is a requirement for adopting from Ziggy Beagle Rescue, there are rare exceptions made in certain cases. (Our fencing standard requires a physical structure, invisible underground fences do not meet that requirement.)

ARE YOU APPLYING FOR A PUPPY? If so, please give careful consideration to the amount of time and patience needed for a puppy. When puppies reach a certain age they are teething and will chew. Items you care about will most likely be victims of the chewing stage. Puppies have small bladders that take months to develop. During that time they have to "potty" more often. Puppies need alot of socialization, alot of touching and alot of time. Positive training creates a life long bond, so the investment is worth it, but be sure you have the time to devote to a puppy and the tolerance to get through the puppy stages.

Use the Tab key on your keyboard to easily navigate through the form fields.

Before filling out the application for a Beagle, please view this informative video put out by Animal Planet on Beagles.
